Our spicy sobrasada of Porc Negre, is the result of a mixture of several spicy spices, which offer a very intense and warm taste, but allows to appreciate all the usual nuances of sobrasada.
The pieces of this type of sobrassada are cured for more than 2 months and are ideal, due to their small size, for the sale of units.
