This wine is obtained through a selection of grapes in the oldest vines according to their maturity and quality. The best grapes from our old Callet vineyards make up this complex wine. It remains in French and American oak barrels (80% new) for 12 months and then an undetermined time in bottle until it becomes what is called “a great wine”.
