Manufactured by the Noceras family since 1980 in the town of Muro, the Gori biscuits have a long tradition and are considered one of the island’s star products. These crackers are known as the bread of the sailors because they were very appreciated by sailors due to their long conservation. Even the English naval companies used to stock up on these biscuits when they stopped in Menorca.
